i am confused, i see signs at fancy stores for organic produce. excuse me, but isnt all produce organic? is this just a marketing tool in order to charge more?

Organic means grown without pesticides. Organic foods have to be certified by a third party (somebody not in a position to benefit from the company’s earnings, such as the USDA).
